Made of small reeds and a walnut ply base, an acrylic encased light softly glows from the center of the lamp. The light was designed as an 18"X18" module.

     An exploration in light and material, the Reeding Lamp is an ambient light emitted between the negative spaces created by the reeds, diffused underneath a frosted acrylic casing secured to a walnut ply base. A beautiful marriage between organic and geometric elements.
