A kitchen that can change to meet our needs as we get older - An innovative prototype design for a kitchen that can change to meet our needs as we get older. My Nan is fiercely independent and wants to stay in her home for as long as possible, but she struggles to cook in her existing kitchen, because she didn't update it when she should have and now would not be able to cope with the upheaval. What if kitchens could be designed to be perfectly functional throughout our lives, so as we change, they can easily change with us.

- Following feedback I added a chamfer to the top edge of the work surface, added additional details to the sink shelf and inverted the whole thing from dark to light, so it's easier to see the dirt!
