    MANUFACTURING > USABILITY
  •  Project focused on the usability of safety devices in low level rock climbing called bouldering. The objective was to create what is called a "crash pad" that would easily adapt to the changes in environment. Enter Myriad, a pad created from 2 different types of foam (closed cell and open cell) all using scrap foam pieces harvested from a local manufacturer. Myriad, due to its flexible design, can mold over the terrain, creating more consistent cover in hard to reach places.
