The loopita / Marinita is a furniture design that is sustainable, ecologic, smart and beautiful this editon is designed to have a mixed technology production, taking advantage of the Computer assisted Drawing and the quality of the experimented Mexican manpower.
First elements are cuted in a CNC Machine, saving a lot of material in the production process. The joinery of each module (11 in total) is hand made, and the modules don´t need any glue or another element to join at all, the form of the pieces achieve this by the force of compression in the wood
Once
the module is assembled, sanded by hand to reach its final form, then it is prepared to have the final surface finish.
The final product comes in a box with eleven modules that are ready to join together by 4 little wood piezes that fit between the modules.
