Loop

Loop stool was conceived during a summer workshop at Vitra Domain at Boisbuchet with Gala Fernandez.
The main idea was an enlargement in scale of a traditional Indonesian pattern called "kembang Tandjung" or commonly known as the open weave that you can see in many furniture.
It was a hyperbolic transformation of something that is normal background pattern turned into a product
(just by using a single pattern module) this then metamorphosed into a stool.
