Food is a vital element indispensable for humanity that beyond having the primary function of supplying nourishment is also a habit creator and a reason for legendary celebrations which found themselves tied to the deepest and authentic aspect of each culture.
This is why we propose to regain a gustatory memory that finds itself threatened by the homogeneity of food and taste, preserving the local roots, creating the necessary elements to repeat some of the old national recipes. That is the essence of Cuok, a line of autochthonous kitchen tableware and utensils which give a new worth to “hand made” objects, managing to be part of the material, the design and the technique, to “cook” objects of culinary art.
The kitchen utensils make such a simple design idea and also so strong that it creates an endless variety of derivative designs, the different variables and dishes that are made with them suggest a basic need.
