• In a cold rain day I meet Mario.
He is a very famous chef in his country, Pescara's colli.
He invited me in his kitchen, a fireplace, taste arrosticini. He also ate these beef skewers, and, marvelously, more he ate, more he smiled!

  • In the same day, by an old train, I came back to Milan.
In early morning I arrive in Stazione Centrale, and, taking a coffee and watching around, I realize that the only smile I'm seeing is mine in the mirrored face in my spoon. It's smiling at me!

So, five smiles for the five working days.
