Exploring users’ emotional responses and their needs for a certain product. I have studied everyday life activities and motivations of user groups in order to discover design opportunities for solving problems as well as offering new experiences in social and interaction patterns, dreams or values...

Expressed in another way, it was not just a question of solving a problem functionally, I have tried to add an extra dimension, a social dimension.
