OPEHN lamp

This lamp was a project for my university. It was inspired by the works of Achille Castiglioni (specifically the Parentesi lamp - http://www.achillecastiglioni.it/en/projects/id-17.html).
The idea of having the wires outside of the lamp comes from the impression that the lamp is naked and has nothing to hide, even its wires. The saving bulbs aren't shy either, though they're adorned with petals. I like to believe that, as with these petals, the wires around the lamp want to be organic: they grow upwards like a tree's vines. Unfortunately for this lamp, this isn't organic design.

The lamp's movable parts allow for customization to a number of configurations depending on the aesthetic needs.
